No blank page
Most journal apps hand you an empty box and wish you luck. Inlet hands you a question — a check-in, a photo, one good thing about yesterday, an aim for today. Answer in a line if a line is all you've got. It saves as you type; there's no Submit button and nothing to fill out.
Your journal stays yours
Nothing you write is visible to anyone unless you take a deliberate step to share it. That includes the people in your own Connected Group — they can see you're showing up, never what you said. Your photos are served only to you, behind an owner check, over links that expire. There's more detail on the privacy page.
It remembers, and it looks ahead
Set an aim — “when I get home, I'll call Dad” — and Inlet brings it back to ask where it landed. Over weeks it reads what you've written and keeps a living summary of you: what's been happening, what you keep circling, what you're still carrying. That's the part a notes app can't do.
Installing
We share Inlet directly rather than through the Play Store right now, so Android asks twice before it installs — allow the install, then tap “Install anyway”. It only asks the first time. Step-by-step on the download page.
